-You’re on most contraceptive pills
-you store and heat your food up in plastic & aluminium.
-you use beauty products which contain synthetic (fake) oestrogen (basically, most make up, body creams, deodorants, shower gels, perfumes).
-you don’t poop regularly
-you eat a lot of sugary, carby foods, processed foods, or just overeat in general.
-you have a detoxification & metabolism problem.
-you have fibroids.
-you don’t exercise (or do the right kind of exercise)
-your body fat % is higher than it should be.

-your kidneys are not working properly.
-there’s a problem with the gland which controls the secretion of oestrogen from the brain (pituitary gland). If that’s the case, you may have issues with all your sex hormones.
