If any of these are listed in the ingredients label of a processed food product, that means you have NOT got a sugar-free product.
Apart from the usual suspects (junk food type snacks), these are extremely commonly listed in many ‘healthy’ food products.
‘Fat-free’ or ‘low-fat’ products are often filled with with some of these ingredients, in addition to harmful chemicals & toxins to make up for removing the fat (which isn’t even the enemy).
If any of these are listed within the first 5 ingredients of the label, that means sugar constitutes a large percentage of the ingredients.
