A Reminder About Which Foods/Nutrients Can Boost Your Mood

It’s very telling that both myself and @drmarkhyman have been focusing on the food and mood topic at the same time, given everything that’s going on around the world at the moment.

It’s great to know about what factors in our diet and lifestyle might be hindering our mood and mental wellbeing, and it’s even greater to know that there are simple things which we can do to remedy and improve our state.

The best part is, all the things we need are accessible to all of us.

Start examining your diet, not just for what might be messing you up, but for what you can include/increase that can help place you in a better position of mental & physical wellbeing.

I’ve written more specifically about which foods & nutrients can help alleviate mood and cognition in my series of posts ‘your food & your mood’.

Make sure you check it out and share with anyone who you feel may benefit from this information.

Mark Hyman’s post starts here:

You need to treat the body, because the body and brain are one interconnected system. What you do to your body, you do to your brain. Treat your body and you treat your brain. ⠀⁣
⠀⁣
When you fix your body, you fix your broken brain.⠀⁣
