If you grew up feeling oestracised, unloved, unseen, unstable/not secure..or a deep sense of lack, there’s a very high chance you’ve developed some sort of chronic disease which may have been fuelled by poor dietary behaviours and habits.
Use this new moon in Libra to gently reacquaint with yourself and give yourself some love in areas where you feel you were denied it.
This is a really good exercise to embark on now before the full moon in Aries on the 20th of October unashamedly rips it painfully out of you – followed by a whole season of deep Scorpionic shadow work.
This is always the time where uncomfortable truths about ourselves (and others) rise up from the unconscious to the conscious reality.
Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio has been in retrograde for the past 5 months, and has just gone direct a couple of days ago. So once again, if there are blockages within you which you’ve been battling or failing to see, it’s going to be very apparent to you now and will become increasingly so as we descend into the winter (the season of going within/yin energy).
Compassionate shadow work, therapy, separation from distraction and escapism is the way out.
If you’re not happy with something in your life, instead of looking outwards for validation and answers, get some help in looking inwards. Like Pluto/Hades, travel into the depths of your underworld and find the forgotten demons you’re holding on to. Understand where they are coming from with no judgement. Get upset, angry, sad whatever you need to feel. Then release them, because you recognise this is no longer your present – it’s your past.
If you’re having trouble identifying where your demons are coming from, look to your birth chart. The 8th and 12th houses are a good place to start!
