It is incredible that we live in an age where getting health advice is easiest than it has ever been. Or is it?? There is an abundance of information out there. There’s the good, the bad, the ugly….and quite simply, the advice which isn’t really suitable for you.
First of all, I commend you for being an aspiring health advocate on the quest for better health. It is a confusing world wide web filled with lots of contradictory advice out here. As a qualified nutritional therapist, and as a formerly sick person, I’ve decided to focus on sharing my helpful experiences, knowledge, and opinions on all things health related (the gut tends to be my favourite topic). While I wholeheartedly believe that everyone is biochemically unique, there are some common things which we can do and avoid to help ourselves feel more like…ourselves.
Oh, and I am a big time foodie, so I’ll be sharing recipes, restaurant reviews (healthy meals only of course) and any hacks which have helped me stay healthy when the willpower has gone to hell.
